3 ways Twitter ruin my life without me noticing
1. I was comparing myself to other people and a lot of my friends on social media. It was a sure path of anxiety and depression. I was very unhappy any time I saw my friends. The key solution I needed was moderation. I needed to reduce the time I spent on the app to relieve my present symptoms. Even Google recommends you spent half an hour a day on social media. Google is not always right. You can also draft your strategy so that you are on the safer side.
2. I was being bullied by people I did know in Person. You can call it Cyber Bullying. People hiding behind their screens make me look like a Jerk. These same people tried to lure me into dangerous acts while conversing with me. The only way I got out of this was to loosen up the fear and ignored the feeling of making friends. I focused on myself and built a better company.
3. F.O.M.O-It is the phenomenon that came out as the app became popular. The abbreviation means the fear of missing out. Unsurprisingly it is one of the most widespread negative effects of social media on society. The best way I avoided this was to kill the fear and do this at my own pace and my convenience.
